Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to inspire and educate students across various age groups and developmental stages. In this role, you will create engaging lesson plans, implement individualized education strategies, and foster a positive learning environment. Your expertise will support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, autism, or special educational requirements. Duties Develop and deliver dynamic lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and tailored to meet individual student needs. Implement and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to support students with disabilities or special needs. Utilize a variety of teaching methods and learning technologies to enhance student engagement and comprehension. Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and behavioral management techniques. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, therapists, and other educators to ensure comprehensive support for each student's development. Conduct assessments, standardized testing, and progress evaluations to track student achievement and inform instructional strategies. Incorporate specialized instructional approaches such as speech therapy, behavioral therapy, music therapy, or applied behavior analysis when applicable. Skills Proven experience in classroom management and lesson planning across early childhood education, preschool, or private school settings. Strong knowledge of special education practices, including working with students with autism, developmental disabilities, or visual impairments. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with students, parents, colleagues, and specialists. Familiarity with learning technology tools and instructional design principles to create engaging educational experiences. Ability to adapt teaching strategies for diverse learners using techniques like Montessori methods or early intervention approaches. Experience in literacy education, math instruction, physical education, recreational therapy, or library services is a plus. Knowledge of behavioral health practices and behavioral health management techniques to support student well-being.
