Experience/Requirements Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, group homes, or home & community care environments is highly preferred. Knowledge of caring for individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or memory care needs is advantageous. CPR certification is mandatory; training will be provided if necessary. Ability to handle heavy lifting safely when required for patient transfers or mobility assistance. Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with children and their families while maintaining professionalism under HIPAA regulations.
