Victor Valley Christian School is seeking dedicated, dynamic, and faith-filled Substitute Teachers for both Elementary (K-6) and Secondary (7-12) grade levels. Substitute teachers are responsible for implementing daily lesson plans, maintaining a structured and safe classroom environment, and supporting the school's mission to provide a distinctively Christian, academically rigorous education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow lead teacher lesson plans, schedules, and classroom management procedures.
• Maintain a safe, orderly, and Christ-centered classroom environment.
• Perform student supervision duties (e.g., recess, lunch, dismissal) as assigned.
• Communicate effectively with administration, staff, and parents when necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education:

  Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

• Credentials/Permits:

  Valid state credential or ACSI certification preferred

• Faith Alignment:

  Active Christian faith with regular church involvement and agreement with VVCS's Statement of Faith and mission.

Clearances:

Must pass LiveScan background check/fingerprinting and TB risk assessment prior to employment.
