Qualifications:
Must have, or be eligible for a current Colorado substitute authorization or teaching license. District 51 honors the 3 or 5 year substitute licenses, along with the Colorado teaching license. Acceptable demonstration of acceptable education and/or experience will be at the sole discretion of the District. Submitting all other required District 51 application materials does not guarantee an applicant will be hired by District 51 as a substitute teacher. The District must have a current need for substitutes, applicant references must be checked, and an interview will be required. Applications must be complete to be considered. Submitting an application for a substitute position does not mean an individual is automatically a substitute; this is an application process, and you must be hired to become a substitute employee. Substitute interviews tend to happen every 2-3 weeks. Once you submit an application, check your email routinely for an interview invite if you are selected.
Salary:
