Enfield Public Schools is seeking a dedicated and professional Building Substitute to join our team. As a Building Substitute, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of instruction and ensuring a positive learning environment for our students.

Responsibilities:

Effectively engage students in the learning process.

Maintain sound classroom management skills to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.

Exhibit professional conduct, including regular attendance and punctuality.

Adapt to various classroom settings and grade levels as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred.

Previous teaching or substitute teaching experience is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively.
