Bilingual Elementary School Teacher

Miami, Florida Key Responsibilities:

Support and deliver classroom instruction for grades K-5 Plan and deliver lessons aligned with curriculum standards Foster a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment Set clear expectations and routines Use interactive teaching methods (group work, projects, discussions) Monitor student progress and provide feedback Build a respectful and inclusive classroom culture Collaborate with teachers, staff, and school leadership Participate in meetings and professional development

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (Education preferred, but not required) Bilingual in Spanish (required) Interest in pursuing or currently pursuing state teaching certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, adaptability, and a willingness to learn Previous preschool or early childhood classroom experience (preferred) CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Florida DCF 45-hour training (preferred or willingness to complete) We are an equal opportunity employer and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practices laws.
