High School Spanish Classroom Supervisor/Associate

Job Goal:

The Spanish Classroom Associate supports student learning and classroom management in a blended learning environment when the lead teacher is not physically present. This role ensures that students remain engaged, on-task, and supported while working through digital and independent Spanish language activities.

Performance Responsibilities:

Supervise students in the Spanish classroom during periods when the teacher is not present. Ensure students are logged into appropriate learning platforms and following assigned lessons. Monitor student behavior and maintain a structured, respectful classroom environment. Provide basic guidance on assignments, instructions, and technology use (without direct instruction of new content unless directed). Troubleshoot minor technical issues related to online learning tools. Communicate student progress, concerns, or behavioral issues to the lead teacher. Reinforce classroom expectations, routines, and school policies. Assist with transitions, attendance tracking, and general classroom organization.
