The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. As a Substitute Teacher, you will be responsible for maintaining the continuity of instruction in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring that students remain engaged and productive throughout the school day. Duties Implement lesson plans provided by the regular teacher to ensure a seamless transition in instruction. Facilitate student learning through effective communication and engagement strategies. Foster an inclusive environment that supports all students. Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance during the substitute period.
