Part-Time/On-Call About the Role St. Paul's Episcopal School is seeking substitute teachers to support our nurturing learning community. Substitute teachers at St. Paul's play a vital role in maintaining continuity of instruction and fostering a respectful, engaging classroom environment. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree (required) Experience working with children (required) Commitment to following the teacher's written lesson plans Ability to maintain an active presence in the classroom and keep students engaged Respectful and calm classroom management style in alignment with our school discipline policy Ability to communicate effectively with students, faculty, and staff Willingness to follow all school procedures and guidelines Requirements Must pass a background check and fingerprinting Familiarity with child development and classroom management best practices Strong interpersonal and observational skills Availability to work on short notice About St.
