Riverside Academy, a public charter school serving EK-8th grade students on Cincinnati's westside, is seeking a Daily Substitute Teacher to join our close-knit, supportive team. At Riverside, you'll step into a nurturing environment where teachers and staff work together to help every child succeed—academically and socially. Whether filling in for a day or longer, you'll play a key role in keeping learning on track and creating a positive classroom experience. What You'll Do Teach and manage classrooms using provided lesson plans. Adapt instruction to meet student needs. Foster a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment. Collaborate with staff and communicate with families as needed. Support a school culture that prioritizes growth and community. What We're Looking For Current Ohio teaching license (any content area). Bachelor's degree in Education or related field. Strong communication and classroom management skills.
