Sep 10, 2026 Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Third Grade Long-Term Substitute Teacher to manage a self-contained classroom during a teacher's maternity leave. In this temporary role, you will maintain a faith-filled, nurturing, and structured learning environment aligned with our school's Catholic identity and values. Responsible for implementing pre-planned and ongoing curriculum, you will deliver daily instruction in core subjects—including reading, language arts, mathematics, science, social studies, and religion—while adapting lessons to support diverse learning styles. The ideal candidate will maintain consistent classroom routines, foster strong academic and spiritual growth, grade student work, and ensure open, professional communication with parents and school administration throughout the duration of the leave.
