Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive behavior management strategies and classroom management techniques. Deliver instruction across core subjects such as literacy education, math, and social studies in French, ensuring differentiated learning to meet diverse student needs. Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments; provide feedback to support continuous improvement. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably within early childhood or elementary education. Strong knowledge of curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, and behavior management strategies. Experience with literacy education, math instruction, and integrating language immersion techniques. Familiarity with Montessori methods or preschool experience is highly desirable. Background in working with students with diverse needs, including those requiring special education or behavioral support. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage students, parents, and colleagues. Demonstrated ability to adapt teaching strategies for children with autism or other developmental differences. Prior private school experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for working in a dynamic educational environment is essential.
