Adapt to different classroom environments and grade levels while maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere. Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, respectful learning environment. Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents as needed. Follow all school district policies and procedures. Qualifications Applicants must meet ALL of the following requirements: Must have a current Missouri Substitute Certificate or Missouri Teaching License through the Department of Education (DESE) Must have 36+ college credits or Frontline Training Must be at least 21 years old Must be a Missouri resident Strong communication and classroom management skills. Previous experience in teaching or substitute teaching is highly desirable. Must be able to pick up last-minute, on-call assignments and be available Mondays and Fridays.
