Job Summary The Substitute Teacher at St. Gerard Majella Catholic School provides instructional continuity in the absence of the regular classroom teacher by maintaining a structured, supportive, and engaging learning environment. This role ensures that lesson plans are followed, student behavior is managed effectively, and academic progress continues while upholding the school's values and expectations.
