Multiple positions are available for both 1:1 and classroom-based roles, allowing you to play a vital part in students' success and growth.
Key Qualifications:
High school diploma required; no additional certifications or degrees necessary Previous school-based or child-focused experience strongly preferred Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and other paraprofessionals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliability, patience, and a passion for working with students Three completed references required prior to interview (must include most recent manager)Primary Responsibilities:
Assist teachers and support students in academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development Provide direct support to students individually or in group settings, both within mainstream and special education classrooms Help implement individualized education plans and classroom activities under teacher supervision Encourage positive classroom behaviors and inclusive learning environments Support daily routines and adapt to varied student needs Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and incidents as directed Pay for this contracted role is set at $45 per hour, working 32.5 hours weekly, aligning with either middle or high school scheduleswith a 30-minute unpaid lunch each day. The assignment is expected to continue through June 2027, offering you long-term stability and the chance to see students thrive over several school years.
