What You'll Do:

Provide classroom coverage when lead teachers are absent Support daily routines and maintain a safe, nurturing learning environment Assist with educational activities, meals, and transitions Collaborate with staff to ensure a positive experience for all children

Requirements:

Valid NJ Substitute Teacher Certification (required) Experience working with young children (preferred) Dependable, flexible, and enthusiastic about early education Strong communication and teamwork skills
