As an On-Site Substitute Teacher, you'll support classroom learning, meal times, and naps—helping maintain a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment when regular staff are out.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required CDA or progress toward an ECE degree preferred Bilingual in Spanish preferred Experience with young children and effective classroom management Strong communication skills and a commitment to equity and confidentiality Must meet physical requirements, accommodations available
Responsibilities:
Assist with classroom routines (activities, meals, nap time, teacher breaks) Apply child-centered, Constructivist learning strategies Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Collaborate with staff and communicate positively with families
