What We're Looking For:

Experience as a paraprofessional or personal care aide in a school setting Preference given to those who are fully credentialed in Pennsylvania Ability to adapt to assignment changes across multiple school sites based on district needs Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude Reliable, punctual, and committed to student success through June 9, 2027

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and group support to students, ensuring their academic and social needs are met Assist with daily classroom activities and routines alongside teachers and specialists Implement individualized care and behavioral plans under supervision Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment Maintain accurate documentation and communication with staff as required Candidates will be considered for placement at any one of several elementary, intermediate, or high schools within the district, based on current needs.
