We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Substitute Teachers to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year. Position Summary As a Substitute Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering quality instruction and maintaining a positive classroom environment in the absence of regular teaching staff. This role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage students across various grade levels. Key Responsibilities Follow lesson plans and deliver instruction as provided by the regular teacher. Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a safe learning environment. Adapt to different classroom settings and grade levels as needed. Communicate effectively with students, staff, and administration. Report any issues or concerns to the appropriate school personnel. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous teaching or substitute teaching experience is a plus. Strong organizational and classroom management skills. Ability to engage and motivate students of varying ages and abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
