Check In:
Arrive early to sign in at the main office, collect room keys, ID badges, and review any assigned supervisory duties for the day.Review Class Information:
Read the permanent teachers lesson plans, emergency procedures, seating charts, and classroom rules before students arrive.Prepare Materials:
Set up necessary textbooks, worksheets, technology, and instructional materials for the day's activities.Take Attendance:
Accurately record student attendance and tardies, then submit the report to the main office according to school protocols.Execute Lesson Plans:
Deliver instruction strictly following the regular teacher's curriculum plans and keep learning on track.Guide Learning:
Explain assignments, facilitate discussions, answer questions, and assist students with individual or group work.Maintain Classroom Discipline:
Enforce school policies, classroom rules, and dress codes consistent with the regular teacher's system.Supervise Students:
Monitor student safety and behavior in the classroom, hallways, lunchroom, playground, or during assigned duties (e.g., bus duty).Handle Emergencies:
Respond calmly and effectively to student medical needs, behavioral disruptions, or safety drills (fire, lockdown, shelter-in-place).Collect Student Work:
Gather completed assignments, tests, and homework to turn in to the classroom teacher.Tidy the

Ensure desks are organized, learning materials are returned to their proper places, and the room is left clean.Leave Detailed Notes:
Write a comprehensive end-of-day summary for the permanent teacher highlighting finished lessons, student behavior, and any issues that arose.Check Out:
