Duties Step into classrooms to deliver instruction in accordance with lesson plans provided by the regular teacher or based on established curriculum guidelines. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a respectful and productive learning environment aligned with the school's Christian values. Supervise students during instructional time, breaks, lunch periods, and other school activities. Assist students with assignments and provide support to foster academic growth and positive social interactions. Follow all school policies, safety protocols, and religious principles to ensure a secure and nurturing environment. Communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents as needed to support student success and well-being. Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and grade levels while maintaining consistency in teaching quality.
