Contract Do you have experience working with children? Are you flexible and able to jump right into a classroom or office? Zenith Learning seeking substitutes for various schools/campuses throughout the area. Assignments may include classroom, teaching assistants, clerical, cafeteria, and more. Must be flexible, have reliable transportation and experience with children. Pay starts at $100/day - $150. Approximate hours 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (based on campus assignment) Assignments scheduled based upon geographic location. Responsibilities Manage classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment for students. Supervise and engage with children to support their educational and emotional needs. Implement lesson plans left by classroom teacher Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during class activities. Qualifications Strong classroom management skills Proven experience working with children in educational settings Effective communication abilities to engage with students and staff Background in curriculum development and lesson planning Familiarity with behavior management techniques Experience in special education and working with diverse learning needs
