Why You'll Love Working at KinderKids Competitive pay based on experience and education Paid time off and paid holidays No nights or weekends Childcare tuition discount Paid training and professional development Supportive leadership and classroom teams Opportunities to advance into lead teaching roles Consistent Monday-Friday schedule Meaningful work that makes a difference What You'll Do Support lead teachers with classroom care, routines, and learning activities Assist with meals, diapering, toileting, naps, transitions, and outdoor play Help maintain active supervision and a safe classroom environment Update daily activity logs and communicate professionally with families Assist with classroom cleaning, sanitizing, organization, and setup Document children's learning through observations, photos, and videos Provide support in different classrooms as needed Work cooperatively with teachers, administrators, and support staff What We're Looking For At least 19 years of age High school diploma or GED Dependable attendance and punctuality Positive attitude and willingness to learn Patience, energy, professionalism, and attention to detail Ability to work well as part of a team Ability to pass required state and federal background checks Ability to work an eight-hour shift Monday through Friday between 6:45 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and regularly sit, stand, bend, kneel, and move throughout the day Ability to see, hear, supervise, and respond to children at all times Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a childcare center, daycare, preschool, school, camp, or similar setting Coursework or credentials in Early Childhood Education or Child Development Pediatric First Aid and CPR certification About KinderKids Learning Center KinderKids Learning Center has been voted Best of Baldwin five years running .
