Job Title Options (Indeed-Optimized): Infant & Toddler Assistant Teacher Infant & Toddler Assistant Teacher Early Childhood Teacher - Infants & Toddlers Childcare Teacher - Infant/Toddler Classroom Job Description Hermes Enchanted Garden is seeking caring and dependable Infant and Toddler Teachers to join our early childhood education team. This role focuses on providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for infants and toddlers while supporting their social, emotional, and developmental growth. The ideal candidate has experience in childcare, daycare, or early childhood education and enjoys working with young children in a collaborative classroom setting. Teachers will implement age-appropriate learning activities, provide daily care, and work closely with the lead teacher and leadership team to support classroom routines. Key Responsibilities Provide attentive care for infants and toddlers , including feeding, diapering, and comforting Plan and lead age-appropriate learning activities that support early childhood development Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment Support early developmental milestones through play-based learning Follow childcare health, safety, and supervision guidelines Communicate effectively with teachers, leadership, and families Assist with daily classroom routines and transitions Qualifications Experience in childcare, daycare, or early childhood education preferred First Aid/CPR certification preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced childcare environment Experience caring for infants or toddlers Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities Dependable, patient, and nurturing attitude toward children
Pay:
$11.50 - $12.95 per hour
