Qualifications and Experience:

Associates Degree or higher, or successful completion of the WorkKeys test Previous experience working within a school setting Capability to pass a fingerprinting and background check Flexibility to assist virtual SLPs and classroom teachers Strong communication skills and a positive, student-focused attitude

Key Responsibilities:

Assist students in preparing for virtual SLP sessions, ensuring engagement and readiness Provide support to classroom teachers when virtual speech therapy is not occurring Navigate and split between up to four possible school locations as needed Partner with both onsite staff and remote SLPs for seamless service delivery Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and a supportive environment for all students Foster a safe, inclusive, and adaptable learning atmosphere
