We are looking for charismatic artists! You will help customers create their very own masterpiece in a fun, entertaining atmosphere. Pinot's Palette was formed with the idea of bringing Art to the Masses. We provide entertaining art classes where people of all backgrounds can relax while painting and enjoying a glass of wine or beer. We have a challenging but fun work atmosphere for the right candidate. The candidate will assist with many areas of the studio, including: Customer Service
  • Greeting and helping customers with a smile. Serving drinks and food to customers during class. Instructing Customers
  • Help customers recreate a pre-selected painting in a clear, and well-paced manner while encouraging creativity and creating a relaxed, fun atmosphere Studio Management
  • Checking inventories, making sure equipment and supplies are in working order. Cleaning and organizing the studio. Teamwork
  • Working with artists and other employees, training new employees as needed.
Candidates must have the following:
A positive, outgoing personality that makes others feel welcome Must be able to recreate acrylic paintings Strong work ethic and timeliness Strong communication skills Must be 21 or older due to state alcohol laws Must be willing and available to work nights and weekends The following are also desirable: Experience in teaching/instructing a group of people (or similar experience) College Degree in art or Design-related fields (equivalate experience acceptable) Artistic abilities. Bartending, point-of-sale, or restaurant experience Experience with sales (retail/commission/bonus structures) The schedule will vary from week-to-week but will mostly be during nights and weekends and will be an average of 20 hours per week available. Must be available by 5PM on weekdays.
