Join the founding team to support a new employer-sponsored 24-hour onsite child care client center and help build the high-quality program children deserve while pursuing your own professional growth and development. About The Role As an Assistant Teacher, you will: Support the Head Teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment Assist with implementation of a developmentally appropriate curriculum through play, exploration, and daily routines Help maintain compliance with state licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and ratio requirements Supervise children and support daily activities including meals, rest time, and transitions Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members Support classroom organization, cleanliness, and documentation as required Step into classroom coverage as needed to maintain proper ratios
