Duties:
Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lesson plans for toddler aged children. Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. Provide individualized attention and support to each child's unique needs. Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities. Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment. Monitor and assess each child's progress and communicate with parents or guardians regularly. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Experience:
Previous experience working in a preschool or daycare setting is preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices. Familiarity with behavior management techniques for young children. Ability to provide basic first aid, if needed. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children Please note that his job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
