Key Qualifications:

Experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar educational support capacity Comfort and proficiency with technology; able to facilitate remote learning and troubleshoot minor tech issues Strong communication skills for interacting with students, team members, and clinicians Patience and adaptability, especially when supporting children with varied learning and communication needs Willingness to be trained in the use of virtual service platforms

Role Responsibilities:

Facilitate virtual speech-language therapy sessions for approximately 33 K-5th grade students Serve as the on-site liaison, helping students navigate their remote sessions and communicating clearly with the remote clinician Provide hands-on assistance to students, ensuring engagement and addressing any issues that may arise during sessions Support additional remote consultations, such as psychological services, as needed Communicate promptly and effectively regarding student progress or concerns
