Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Experience or training as a paraprofessional in a school environment. Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new platforms; training provided if needed. Enthusiastic about working with elementary-aged children and supporting their unique needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

Facilitate delivery of virtual speech services by serving as the hands and feet of the remote SLP. Support approximately 33 students (K5) during remote sessions, ensuring they remain engaged and comfortable. Serve as the essential onsite liaison between students and clinicians. Monitor student progress and alert the clinical team to any issues or changes. Troubleshoot basic technology issues and ensure workstation readiness for each session. Clearly communicate relevant updates or incidents to the required parties in a timely manner.
