Key Qualifications:
Completion of an Associate's degree or higher, or successful passing of the WorkKeys test, or Sub certification Prior experience working within a school environment Capable of passing required fingerprints and background checks Demonstrated ability to engage elementary students attentively in a virtual or classroom setting Strong organizational skills and adaptability
Primary Responsibilities:
Act as the onsite facilitator for virtual speech-language therapy sessions using the VOCOVision system Assist students in reaching, accessing, and staying focused during online SLP evaluations and therapy Collaborate closely with speech-language pathologists and classroom teachers to coordinate schedules and student needs Provide classroom support and assist where needed, particularly if therapy services are not scheduled Maintain a professional, supportive, and safety-focused environment at all times Your work will make a difference every school day, helping to unlock potential for children who benefit from speech services.
