Key Responsibilities:

Assist classroom teachers by delivering instructional support to students individually and in small groups Support students with special needs, providing guidance according to individualized education plans (IEPs) Foster an inclusive, nurturing classroom atmosphere where all students feel seen and valued Help manage classroom behavior and support routines to maintain an optimal learning environment Supervise students during classroom, lunch, and recess activities as needed Document student progress and communicate observations to teachers and support staff
