We handle retail and insurance roofing projects and are hiring canvassers to set free roof inspections across the Valley and Rim Country. This is a door-knocking role. You introduce the company, talk with homeowners, and set appointments. You do not close the sale. What you'll do Canvass assigned residential neighborhoods Introduce Rim Country Roofing and offer a free roof inspection Start professional, respectful conversations with homeowners Qualify interest and set appointments for our sales team Track doors, results, and follow-ups as directed Represent the company with a clean, professional appearance Work outdoors in Arizona weather as part of a team No roofing experience required. Paid training provided. Who we're looking for Outgoing, coachable, and reliable Comfortable knocking doors and talking to people every day Able to walk neighborhoods for several hours Willing to work afternoons, evenings, and some weekends Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Smartphone for scheduling and team communication Positive attitude and a professional presence at the door Prior door-to-door, retail, restaurant, sports, or customer-facing experience is a plus — not required.

Pay Base pay:

$15.15 per hour Spiff bonuses for qualified sets and other activity goals Tiered bonus system — higher production moves you into higher payout tiers Paid training Consistent pay schedule Path into sales or canvassing leadership for strong performers You get paid for showing up and working the doors.
