San Tan Montessori Preschool is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Toddler Montessori Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Assist the lead teacher in guiding children through Montessori-based activities and lessons Help maintain a calm, nurturing environment that encourages independence and learning Provide support with daily routines, including snack time, naptime, and outdoor play Assist with diaper changing and help toddlers with toileting Keep track of rosters and diaper logs Observe and assist with classroom management, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children Clean and organize the classroom, ensuring materials are sanitized and ready for use Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a supportive and positive learning atmosphere

Qualifications:

Passion for working with young children and supporting their development Experience with children Willingness to learn Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, patient, and energetic

$15.50 - $20.00 per hour
