Working side by side with teachers, your support will help empower students, making a tangible difference in their academic and social development.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist teachers with instruction, small-group activities, and individualized student support Provide academic, behavioral, and social-emotional assistance to students as needed Prepare classroom materials, organize engaging learning activities, and reinforce daily lesson plans Supervise students during transitions, lunchtime, recess, and other non-instructional periods Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote student success and growth
Required Qualifications:
Completion of at least 48 college semester units OR an Associate's degree (AA/AS) Ability to pass background and fingerprint clearance requirements Strong communication skills, patience, and a commitment to student-centered support
