In this role, you'll provide hands-on, individualized support at community job sites, helping participants build skills, maintain employment, and grow their independence. What You'll Do Provide one-on-one job coaching to support participants in competitive employment and paid internships Help individuals build independence using person-centered planning and goal setting Monitor performance and provide feedback to strengthen workplace skills Communicate and collaborate with employers to support job success and retention Model professionalism and positive workplace behaviors Create a supportive and inclusive environment for participants Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with program standards Report changes in participant status or any concerns to leadership Ensure safe and effective service delivery at all times Travel to multiple community job sites as needed What We're Looking For Passion for supporting individuals with disabilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and adapt to different environments Professional, reliable, and flexible schedule availability (some evenings and weekends) Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally Why Join Us?
