Job Description

Desired Skills and Experience:
Prior experience working with children, particularly in a school or youth-centered environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teachers, students, and staff Ability to assist students with varying abilities and needs, including those requiring additional academic or behavioral support Patience, flexibility, and a genuine commitment to helping all students succeed High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or coursework in education or child development a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one or small-group assistance to students under the guidance of a certified teacher Support teachers in classroom management and implementing lesson plans Assist with academic activities, reinforcing concepts and adapting materials as needed Foster a safe, respectful, and encouraging classroom environment Help monitor student progress and communicate observations to teaching staff Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and other school activities as appropriate Enjoy a rewarding role with a schedule that allows for work-life balance, all while making a measurable impact in students' lives.
