Instructional Aide Kindergarten

Good Shepherd Catholic School is looking for a dynamic instructional aid for our Kindergarten Class. The aide will support the lead teacher. Responsibilities will include helping with supervision duties, preparing and grading classwork, working with small reading and math groups The Instructional Aide will: support and assist the lead classroom teacher supervise students during activities work with students individually and in small groups contribute to a safe, organized, and respectful classroom be highly motivated to work with you young students model Catholic values Requirements The minimum requirements are: high school diploma college credits in Education/Child Development (preferred) experience working with children (preferred) To apply, please send a cover letter and resume to lwidmann@gsbh.net Compensation of $19 - $22/hour commensurate with level of experience, relevant professional certifications, and/or degrees earned. Wage Range The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
