Competency Exam:
  • Completion of 48 or more college units,or
  • Possession of a valid California teaching credential, or
  • Successful completion of the CBEST If you do not meet any of the above qualifications and have not previously passed the District's Competency Exam, you will be required to take the exam.
A study guide is available by contacting the Classified Human Resources office at ahoff@chicousd.org.
