Job Description

Overview We are actively building a roster of Instructional Aides to support students in school-based settings for the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year. In this role, you will work alongside teachers and support staff to assist students with academic tasks, classroom participation, and daily routines. Assignments may include 1:1 support or small-group/classroom assistance, depending on student and school needs.
Schedule:
Mon-Fri, School hours (up to 30hrs per week)
Start Date:
August 4th, 2026 (Hiring now, training classes over Summer!) Responsibilities Support teachers in classroom instruction and daily activities Provide academic assistance to students in 1:1 or small-group settings Help students stay on task and engaged with classroom work Assist with classroom management and transitions throughout the day Provide support to students with behavioral or developmental needs Collaborate with teachers and school staff Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) At least 6 months of ABA, behavioral technician, or special‑education experience Experience supporting individuals with behavioral, developmental, or learning needs in structured settings (schools, clinics, ABA agencies, after‑school programs, etc.) Reliable, punctual, and professional Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience supporting students with homework or academic tasks Why Club Xcite Competitive weekly Pay Paid training Consistent Monday-Friday daytime hours Access to Statewide openings across multiple districts Opportunities for professional growth based on performance and attendance Apply today: Submit your resume highlighting your ABA experience About Club Xcite Since 2004, Club Xcite has supported students across California through personalized academic, social, emotional, and behavioral services.
