Varies, with evenings/weekends several times per month
Pay:
$35/hour About the Role PRM Consulting is looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Community Outreach & Program Assistant who is people-oriented, and passionate about community service. In this part-time role, you'll support logistics, event coordination, and public-facing outreach efforts. Key Responsibilities
  • Support planning and logistics for educational outreach and community events
  • Track RSVPs, prepare materials, and help manage on-site event setup
  • Staff information booths and serve as a friendly, informed resource to the public
  • Draft simple outreach emails, flyers, and follow-up communications
  • Use Google Drive and Microsoft Office tools to manage schedules and materials
  • Provide Spanish-language support in writing and during events Qualifications
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • Punctual - must be ON TIME and
RELIABLE
  • Trainable, dependable with strong interpersonal skills
  • Available and willing to work some evenings and weekend
  • Reliable transportation
  • Able to lift/carry up to 25 lbs and walk distances (e.
g., length of a football field) at events
