$25.00/hour starting rate - $30.00/hour maximum rate The $30.00/hour rate is the maximum currently established for this position. Placement within the range is based on qualifications, demonstrated performance, and applicable training completion.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Production Floor Manager oversees daily Production operations and leads employees in maintaining safe, efficient, and high-quality work. This position coordinates workflow and priorities, supports employee development, addresses production issues, and works closely with Management and other departments to meet production needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and supervise daily Production activities. Assign work and coordinate daily priorities and workflow. Train, coach, and develop Production employees. Monitor production, quality, staffing, materials, and equipment. Address production issues and communicate needs with Management. Hold employees accountable for performance, safety, quality, attendance, and conduct. Support a safe, clean, organized, and efficient work environment. Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, workflow, and reduce waste. Provide hands-on Production support when needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous supervisory, lead, or management experience. Demonstrated knowledge of production processes, workflow, safety, and quality requirements. Strong English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with Management and office staff. Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills. Spanish communication skills sufficient to effectively communicate with Production employees who have limited English proficiency.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Previous manufacturing or production experience. Experience training, coaching, or developing employees.
