Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience as a paraprofessional, educational aide, or similar classroom support role preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, teachers, and staff Ability to adapt to changing needs in a school environment Comfortable assisting with classroom management and supporting individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborative, positive attitude and professional demeanor High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in education or related field a plus
