Paraprofessional

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to join our team at a private school. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students, particularly those with autism, and possess a passion for childhood development and literacy education. Responsibilities Assist in educating and supporting students with autism Implement behavior management strategies to support student learning Collaborate with teachers to create a positive learning environment Provide individualized support to students based on their needs Assist in toddler care and Montessori activities Support students in literacy education and other academic areas Experience Previous experience working with children, especially in a childcare or educational setting Familiarity with behavior management techniques Knowledge of childhood development principles Experience working in a private school environment is a plus Training or certification in Montessori education would be beneficial
