This on-site role offers the chance to work closely with young learners, helping them build confidence and succeed academically and socially.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

Experience working as a paraprofessional in a school setting is strongly preferred Enthusiasm for supporting elementary-aged children in an inclusive, positive environment Ability to communicate effectively with students, educators, and families Flexibility and a collaborative spirit for working with education teams Resilient problem-solver who can adapt to the needs of individual students Must be able to meet local and district compliance requirements

Role Overview:

Provide 1:1 support to a designated student, assisting with classroom routines, academic activities, and social interactions Collaborate daily with teachers to support educational plans and accommodate individual needs Encourage student participation and help foster independence Support behavioral and communication goals as outlined by classroom and district staff Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and clear communication at all times Full-time hours (Monday Friday) through the end of the school year
