Qualifications:
Experience working as a paraprofessional in school settings preferred Familiarity with creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment Ability to follow teacher instructions and collaborate with staff Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Patience, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to helping students succeed High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification is a plus
Role Responsibilities:
