9674115-90255 Job Description Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a dedicated 1:1 aide, working closely with a transitional kindergarten (TK) student in a supportive school environment located near Huntington Park, CA. This full-time role runs from 8:00 am to 2:30 pm, offering the chance to make a meaningful difference by providing specialized assistance to young learners with behavioral needs. We are seeking candidates who bring expertise and compassionparaprofessionals or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) with a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), especially in managing and redirecting aggressive behaviors. If youre passionate about helping students reach their potential, your knowledge and experience will be highly valued in this setting. Multiple positions may be available.
Desired Qualifications:
Certified Paraprofessional or RBT with hands-on experience in school or clinical settings Solid foundation in ABA techniques and behavior intervention strategies Proven ability to work independently with assigned students Experience supporting children exhibiting aggressive behaviors Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset for working with teachers and therapy teams Reliability, patience, and a positive, proactive attitude
Key Responsibilities:
