In person About Twin Palms Recovery Center Twin Palms Recovery Center is a nonprofit organization providing DUI, behavioral health, and related support services to individuals in our community. We are seeking a dependable, organized, and professional Program Assistant for our La Puente office. This position supports daily program operations, assists clients throughout the enrollment process, and helps maintain accurate program and financial records. We are especially interested in candidates who would like to grow into a case management role. Candidates with relevant education, counseling registration, behavioral health experience, or demonstrated ability may be considered for expanded case management responsibilities with compensation above $20 per hour. Key Responsibilities Support client intake, enrollment, and orientation Explain DUI program requirements, schedules, fees, and services to clients Maintain accurate and organized client files and documentation Enter and update client information in the organization's software system Collect payments and process transactions accurately Conduct professional follow-up calls regarding attendance, payments, documentation, and scheduling Assist program staff with monitoring client participation and compliance Complete end-of-day closing procedures, including balancing payments and securing confidential records Perform evening closing duties Monday through Thursday Participate in a rotating Saturday schedule Provide administrative and operational support to program staff Protect client confidentiality and follow organizational policies Case Management Growth Opportunity The selected candidate may have the opportunity to develop into a case management position.

Case management responsibilities may include:

Monitoring client attendance, payments, and program compliance Communicating with clients regarding program expectations and outstanding requirements Documenting client contacts and case activity Coordinating with counselors, administrative staff, and management Assisting clients with scheduling and resolving program-related concerns Preparing correspondence and maintaining complete case records Assignment of case management responsibilities and compensation above $21 per hour will depend on experience, qualifications, performance, and organizational needs. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle and reconcile payments accurately Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently during evening hours Professional customer service and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriate professional boundaries Experience in DUI programs, behavioral health, case management, social services, or office administration is preferred but not required Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Current registration as a substance use disorder counselor, or interest in pursuing registration, is a plus Growth and Development This position is a good opportunity for someone interested in gaining experience in behavioral health services, program operations, and client case management.
