Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct support to students individually or in small groups in the classroom Assist teachers with implementing instructional plans and classroom management Encourage and motivate students to participate and stay engaged Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment Track student progress and offer feedback to teachers Support students with special needs, adapting materials or strategies when necessary
