Responsibilities include:

Assisting teachers with instructional activities and classroom management Supporting students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts Helping students with special needs meet their academic, social, and behavioral goals Preparing instructional materials and classroom resources Monitoring student progress and providing observations to the teaching staff Fostering a positive, respectful, and safe classroom culture Assisting with daily tasks such as supervising lunch, recess, and transitions throughout the school day Desired qualifications and experience: Experience working with children in a school, childcare, or tutoring environment Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to support all learners Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varying needs of the classroom High school diploma or equivalent required; additional related coursework or certification is a plus Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism at all times This contract opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about education and eager to build hands-on experience in a dynamic school setting.
